Reduce Sentence
I'm trying to find the form Motion to Mitigate sentence or Mitigation to reduce sentence.

Mitigating a sentence is not as simple as just filing the right motion with a Court. Rather, the motion must contain detailed facts which show the Judge that the defendant's sentence should be mitigated, along with legal authority showing the legal basis for which the Judge can mitigate the sentence. Therefore, a motion to mitigate is a very case-specific pleading.
