Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
reduction of sentence
My boyfriend got sentenced to 2 consecutive 5 year sentences for grand theft, giving a false name and leaving a scene of an attended vehicle. Is there any thing we can do to get the sentences ran concurrent? Or to get his time reduced?

Re: reduction of sentence
Very unlikely, the judge would change his sentence. If he wanted to give less or concurrent, he would have.
