Registration of Sexual Offenders
registration required twice annually, inadvertantly failed to make second date for registration. Willing and able to report for registration but concerned about what will happen.

Your options are report and take your chances or consider retaining counsel to check on your behalf as to what will occur when you report. Probation officers have been known to lie to get you to report so they can then arrest you. If you retain counsel at least you'll have an idea of what is going to happen and they may be able to arrange for a bond if you are going to be charged
