Reguarding ucc forms

I'm trying to order the ucc-1 form for a prison inmate that's requesting it , but i was told by a representative from the company i'm trying to order from that i would have to download the forms & print them out , but my question is , if i do that, would the forms still be allowed to be sent to & used by the prisoner ?

I don't know why a prisoner would need a UCC-1, which is used to place a lien on someone's property, but you can download it for free from the Florida Secretary of State's website. Once you print out the form, it is perfectly legal to send it to the prisoner for him or her to use. Are you sure you are talking about the right form?
