Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
A relative used my credit card without my authorization to make an on-line wire transfer of money to himself. Western Union wants me to file a Police Report which may result in the relative's arrest, or alternatively, I must repay the amount myself. I want to know what crime the relative may be charged with and possible repercussions.
