Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if someone is released from prison on an aggravated battery w/ a deadly weapon charge and signs a prr form, will a felony domestic battery (within 2 months of release date) violate their release conditions? if convicted on the new charge, do they return to prison?

Yes they will per the PRR statute.
