Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Removing a harge from an individual's record
My mother was charged with illegally hooking up cable in her home (which she absolutely did not do), the attorney who handled the case advised her that it was not worth fighting and that after a certain period of time this could be removed from her record - how is this accomplished? I don't know whether this falls under a criminal offense or a civil offense - sorry!

Re: Removing a harge from an individual's record
I don't either until you can fax or e-mail the document involved me to me so
I can determine whether is was a criminal case.(Most of these case are criminal). That's why you are asking about this situation. The record needs to be sealed in ny experience which can be done.I would suggest you call me at my office to discuss this in greater detail.
Sincerely,
