Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
What is the best way to request EVIDENCE back from the state of Flordia once a probation sentence is completed?
Our family was told we could not get it back until the sentence was
complete, and now we are wondering in a few weeks when done what will happen.
Will we have to contact them, or will they contact us about the EVIDENCE.
How do we request it if so, and do they send it out of state if we are no longer in the state.

You need to contact them. You should do it right away, before they destroy the evidence.
