What does ''$500 restitution, reserve jurisdiction'' mean?

This means that the judge ordered a minimum of $500 restitution to the victim and reserved jurisdiction to impose more for the remeanider of your probation in case any was determined to still be owed.

Means the court ordered restitution in the amount of $500.00 and reserves the right to enforce the order.
