Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I reserved a shuttle ride to the fort lauderdale florida airport that cost $19.00, but when the driver took me to the airport I only paid him $8.00, can I go to jail for that?

Yes you can. It's called theft and you could face up to a year in jail.
