Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I'm a resident of Orlando, Florida and haven't been able to find credible information about knife laws. I would like to know what types of blades are legal, what the limitations are, and how they must be carried to be considered legal.

All knives are legal except for switchblades, dirks, stillettos, etc. However, concealing a knife can only be done if it's a common pocketknife, which is just what it sounds like so long as the blade is less than 4 inches. Check Chapter 790 of the Florida Statutes.
