Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am a resident in Pinellas county Florida and currently serving 18 months probation for felony possession of marijuana. My 18 months is up in February this year (one month away) and I haven't been able to pay off most of my court fees and supervision fees due to me losing my job in October of 2015 and not being able to find work.
Can I request more time in order to get everything paid off?

Yes, but it's possible the judge may terminate probation and the make the balance a lien. The only way for this to happen is if you've made ALL payments up to this point on time even if it's not all paid off. You may want to talk to the public defender first.
