Re: resisting officer w/violence

A Noll Pross means that the State has dismissed the case against you. The Comp PTI means that they dismissed the case because you completed Pretrial Diversion or Pretrial Intervention, both of which are diversionary programs.

If you have not been adjudicated guilty of any criminal offense or have no prior criminal record you can start the sealing or expungement process immedietly. Please call me if you are interested.

A nolle pros-comp pti means that the state dropped the charges as a result of completion of a pre-trial intervention program.

You may be eligible to seal or expunge your record. My website contains more information about eligibility. Good luck!

Re: resisting officer w/violence

The sealing/expungement process is something you can easily do yourself if you choose. The forms are available from the State Attorney's Office or the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. The form is self-explanatory.
