Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

''Resisting without violence''

Last night I ran from the cops at a party and got a ''resisting arrest without violence''charge /1st degree MISDEMEANOR. I have these charges already (in 2006-2007) -

(1)POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE BY MINOR /MISDEMEANOR /SECOND DEGREE

(2)BATTERY /MISDEMEANOR /FIRST DEGREE

+

(3){2 counts}BREACH OF PEACE DISORDERLY CONDUCT /MISDEMEANOR /SECOND DEGREE....

Im 20 years old and live in central Florida... Im starting to get really reallly worried!! What do you think they are going to do to me?! I have already competed probation last year for the battery.... Will they stick me with probation again or jail time?... And lastly, What is your best advice you can give me for my situation.

I appreciate your time and advice very greatly... Thank you!
