Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hi, This is regarding getting a restraining order againist the neighbour. My parents are aged between 55-65 and they live in a remote village in orissa. All of their children are living outside. The neighbour is abusing them mentally by using very bad words every single day for no reason. It's been going on for atleast a year now. is there any way we can get a "Restraining Order" againist them. Thanks

You can't restrain speech. There is that First Amendment thing! Terll them to just ignore the creep. If they are coming onto the property, call the police.
