Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

is this enough to get a restraining order?

I have had this problem with a girl since i was in school we had 2 meetings with school counselors to clarify things and drop the issue since she had posted bad things about me on her myspace and she had an agreement with the counselor to stop it. Anyways im a little concerned now since she has again posted stuff saying that she wishes me death and that a lot of bad things are coming my way i got a little upset and texted her to stop doing all that and she answered by calling me all kinds of names and cursing a lot so im wondering is that enough to get a restraining order against her since its been the third time this happens

NOTE: This communication is not intended as and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Rather, it is intended solely as a general discussion of legal principles. You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. By reading the "Response" to your question or comment, you agree that the opinion expressed is not intended to, nor does it, create any attorney-client relationship, nor does it constitute legal advice to any person reviewing such information, nor will it be considered an attorney-client privileged communication. If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.

It is doubtful. Generally more than just mere words are necessary. There must be at least two incidents showing violence or serious threats of violence.
