Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if you have a restraining order against someone and the violate it then get arrested, how can they be released? this person is on probation w/ a felony has to go to anger managment classes and violates the order and get released what kind of judicial system do we have. do they need to wait untill this women is hurt

It is actually very surprising that he would be release since he is on felony probation. However, there is a presumption of innocence regardless of the evidence against a person. The system isn't perfect but that is what our constitution says. Meanwhile, make sure you stay in contact with the police and prosecutors to keep them informed of the status of the case. Good luck.
