Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I have a restraining order on someone. She has violated several times and now I am going through the court procedure against her. She is trying to put it off by pleading incompetency. The problem with that is she has been to so many competency evaluations, she knows exactly what to say and how to say it. I am literally scared and I feel like there is nothing that can be done. I am a 54 year old woman with extreme health issues. I can not fend for myself and she has already tried to attack me before. The threats still will not stop even though she has criminal charges pending against her. How can I ensure my safety?

Other than hiring personal protection, you've done all you can do. Just make sure to go to court and follow up with the judge regarding your fear and the judge will probably make the restraining order permanent. You also may want to consider hiring an attorney for that process.
