Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
what is the result of an adjudication withheld on your record do you still get hired are job prospects good.. especially if the judge says its permanent and cannot be expunged.. if you have only one charge your whole life can you get rid of it if and when?

Yes it is possible to still be hired. While it is true that some charges, even if adjudication is withheld, can not be sealed, that is the exception and not the rule. There are additional factors though. I strongly suggest you call an attorney to see if you are eligible to get it sealed, and if you are eligible, then go through the process to get it sealed. Understand the process takes several months but in the end it will be worth it.
