reversing a restraining order in florida

I was falsely accused by parents of misconduct with girl. No evidence ever was presented and i was never arrested. At time, my lawyer and I wanted to calm the situation so we agreed to the order. Now i want the order reversed, becasue i want contact with the girl. Will this be difficult to do? Note: both parties are of legal age.

If this is an injunction, the girl has to file a motion to dismiss the injunction.

If it's part of a criminal case or probation, the girl must speak to the Assistant State Attorney, who then may have to take the matter before the judge.
