Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
This revolves around a juvinile assalt charge. A child that was larger threaten, then assalted my child first; when assalted my child defended and pinned other child and assalted them and now is petioned to appear in juvinile court. Need to know how to go from here.

You go get an attorney for the child. You can assert self defense but you should talk this over with your attorney.
