Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
how do you get rid of victims statement
I know that you can impeach a statement at trial. But, what if you are trying to avoid trial? Are there other ways to ''get rid'' of the victims statement?

No, unless it can somehow be suppressed because the witness somehow violated your constitutional rights. This is usually only effective against the statements of police officers.
