Re: my rights as a female

I WILL RESPOND IN ALL-CAPS:

i was served with a warrent for my arrest at midnight. THIS IS LAWFUL. when the

police came they just kicked the door in no knock. LAW ENFORCEMENT IS REQUIRED TO ANNOUNCE THERE PRESENCE AND KNOCK. HOWEVER, THE TIME DELAY BETWEEN THAT ACT AND KNOCKING DOWN YOUR DOOR IS A GRAY AREA. I WILL GUARANTEE YOU THAT THEIR REPORT STATES THAT THEY "KNOCKED AND ANNOUNCED" WHETHER THEY DID OR NOT. at that time

of night i was not dressed. there was no female officer. i asked

if i could get dressed and got dressed and the male officers

frisked me. ALL LEGAL HOWEVER IT IS RISKY FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT TO HAVE MALE OFFICERS FRISKING FEMALES DUE TO POSSIBLE CLAIMS AGAINST THE MALE OFFICER. BUT THE RISK IS REALLY NO GREATER THAN A FEMALE OFFICER FRISKING ANOTHER FEMALE. NO ONE LIKES TO BE GROPED IN THAT MANNER. is this within the law for me as a female. AS A FEMALE, AS A MALE, THE LAW IS APPLIED EQUALLY. IF YOU FEEL THAT THE MALE OFFICER DID MORE THAN FRISK YOU THEN THAT MAY BE AN ISSUE.
