Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Need to know my rights
I was pressured to file charges against my husband. I filed them and now they have him in custody. I have called them and told them I have no intentions of returning to testify and that if they made me I would plead the 5th amendment! They told me I cannot do that! He is my husband and I refuse to testify against him? What rights do I have?

There is no spousal privilege in domestic battery cases. What county is this?
