Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Rights as a Property Owner
Me and my wife own a home together. It is as much my home as it is hers. There is a person who I do not want to be in my home or on my property, yet she allows them there (he is my daughter's boyfriend - his is a convicted felon who is a sex offender). My daughter is an adult, and I know I cannot stop her from seeing who she wants to see, but that is MY HOME and he parades around as if he owns the place because THEY allow him there. What is a person like me to do in this case?

This is a family issue not a legal one.
