Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was robbed by gunpoint at Circle K gas station while working my third shift shift by myself as usual. What are my chances of getting something from this this happened March 2019 and I'm having difficulty with my anxiety and having to up my medicine through my psychologist.

You need to talk to a civil attorney to handle any kind of claims that can get you money. I would only caution that usually getting money from criminals is very difficult. That said a civil attorney that handles these types of claims might have answers that criminal attorney like myself cannot answer. Good luck.
