robbery w/ weapon
What elements, exactly, would the prosecution have to prove beyon reasonable doubt to convict my boyfriend of robbery with a weapon in Broward County, Florida?

the state must prove that your boyfirend broke into and entered a home/business/building, with the intent to commit a felony once inside; in addition they must show that he had a weapon in his possession. Please be aware however, that sometimes if a gun is stolen, the state will charge it as burglary with a weapon even though the defendant had no weapon at the time of the braking and entering.
