Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if this rong?
In the state of florida in fort pierce
when they arrest you can the police
say you may wish to leave at anytime? can they do that?
also what if you are getting charged but they have no edvance what so ever, and the only edvance they have is what the little girl said.

The information given by any witness regardless of age may be sufficient to gain a conviction. If you are free to leave, you are not currently under arrest and i would encourage you to do so.
