Run for an elected office
I was charged with a mismeanor ofense never finger printed case was verdict finding was pre-trial diversion, Can I run for an elected office?

I thought you had to be a criminal to run for office! ;-)
Okay, just kidding. A misdemeanor pre-trial diversion does not preclude you from any public office in Florida. Sorry for the bad joke.
