Re: Sale of alcohol to minors, penalties

Your question deals with an administrative issue - a licensing issue. Having already been found guilty, the individual to which this pertains already knows whether the court has restricted his/her ability to continue serving alcohol as a bartender. A court restriction is limited to the court's jurisdictional limits.

An administrative rule may allow for a revocation of any license that this person may have to serve alcohol. If this person also holds the "liquor license" for the establishment, that too may be subject to revocation by an administrative agency.
