I am trying to see what is the minimum amt.of time a person can get for a sale/delivery charge and for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The firearm though was not on person it was in the house.

Re: sale/delivery & possession of firearm by convicted felon (not on person)
I'm going to assume the Sale/Delivery charge is narcotics, not a sale of a firearm? The felon in possession of a firearm charge is a second degree felony with a 15 year maximum prison sentence. There is a 3 year minimum/mandatory prison sentence if the firearm is ON YOUR PERSON. No min/man if "in the house" and not on your person. Please check my website for details and a more involved explanation. My firm handles both narcotics and firearms charges and I am very experienced in these matters.
