Scenario - Murder Trial
Witness called will be tried later for the crime of murder
On the stand when asked questions regarding the defendent, he invokes his 5th Amendment.
The Judge asks the witness if he will be invoking the 5th on all questions.
Witness answers yes.
Question: If he continued to take questions and he answered one, would he then be revoking his 5th Amendment and have to answer all the questions?
