Here is the scenario:
*registered sex offender, not on probation
*conviction in missouri of COUNT I CLASS FELONY OF STATUTORY SODOMY IN THE FIRST DEGREE
*currently residing in Florida
Question: Can such a person associate with children?

If you are not on probation, I do not think they can stop you from associating with children. All they can do is make you register and put limits on where you live.
