Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Scheduling for a vop hearing
I was recently vop'd amd I was curious if I can in lew of turning myself in. Hire an attorney have the attorney get my vop hearing scheduled and get it all knocked out at once as opposed to turning myself in to a no bond warrant. The offense was a first time possesion charge for marijuama under 20 grams.
Thanks in advance
