It depends on the disposition of your case. If adjudication was withheld, and you have not been previously convicted of any criminal offenses not even misdemeanor traffic charges you may qualify. The charge you were sentenced to could also prevent your eligibility. I advise you to contact a lawyer to see if you qualify.
