Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Seal or Expunge
I was given deferred prosecution for a misdemeanor I was charged for. I have finished the terms of the agreement, but I am still on a probationary period until May. Is it possible to get this record sealed now or do I need to wait until I am no longer on probation.

You can start the paperwork but you can't file it till you are done
