Sealed File
what is the difference between a ''sealed file'' & ''expunged''. If a file was sealed, how do you get your name off websites?

Re: Sealed File
First thing you have to do if you qualify is to have the court case sealed or expunged. Then with that court order you can request that any site that has your name on it remove your name.

Re: Sealed File
sealed files are just that, "sealed" meaning they are not available to anyone who is not allowed access under the sealing statute. Expunged records are destroyed except a copy is kept by the FDLE.
