Sealing & Expunging

Greetings

A few months back I was charged with Aggravated assault with a firearm and Domestic Violence, the case was Nolle Prosse by the SAO. A few years ago (6 years)I also pled ''Nolo Contendere'' to selling beer to a minor (misdeamenor). My question is will I be able to Seal and expunge these recent, more serious, charges? do I even have a choice at all or not? I am hoping I can seal and expunge these recent and destructive allegations against me to avoid future repercussions in job employment.

You will be able to expunge these most recent charges IF adjudication was withheld on the Selling Beer to a Minor.
