Possibly, yes, if adjudication was withheld. However, there is a laundry list of charges that can't be sealed even if adjudication was withheld. What was the charge your son pled to? Also, your son can't be convicted of anything else. If he's convicted on another case, he can't get either case sealed. So don't plea the open case. call or email me.

Fact is your juvenille record is sealed because nobody has access to it except law enforcement and what they can see is extremely limited. Also you want to understand the difference between sealing and expungment. Expungment is what most people are seeking. Please contact our office so we can discuss the matter further
