If your daughter was adjudicated guilty of either of the charges, she is not eligible to have her record sealed or expunged. Unfortunately, she may have to live with the consequences of her behavior for the rest of her life.

It depends, has she ever been "adjudicated guilty" of any offense?

If she has not been adjudicated, but teh judge "wittheld adjudication" than she may be eligible. Contact me if you would like to discuss more.
