Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
how to search case records for "victim" pattern establishment
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
This relates to false accusations, fraud, lying under oath, defamation.
There is enough circumstantial evidence to show that a person has claimed to be the "victim" in several criminal and civil cases. However they will not divulge the names of the past "defendants", nor any other information for that matter. We have a range of time over about a 5 year period which we may have to look. How can we find the cases involved?
I have looked at websites for several counties clerks offices. Their searches require either a case number, or "defendants" name, or attorneys name. We do not have that information. That is what we are looking for. The information we have is the "victims" name.
Surely someone has a searchable database that includes "victims" names.
How do we request that the clerk pull all the cases of one type or another over a time span so that we can physically look through them all?
What other resources are there to check?
Other ideas?
Thank you

Often victims names are left out of databases intentionally. You should hire a private investigator to help you look for this person.
