Search and what they keep
If you have gotten caught with a straw in your purse that has tested postive for an illegal drug are they supposed to keep your entire purse or can they give the purse back to you? Also, if they search your vehicle and say they have found something are they supposed to show you what they have found?

Yes they would keep the purse as evidence. No, they wouldn't show you what they find in a car. Good luck.
