Search warrant
Can the police execute a search warrant and enter the home pointing guns on the disabeled homeowner 30 minutes prior to giving the warrant and after pulling her off a couch because she wan't moving fast enough for them.

The police can secure a home while they await a search warrant, and they can secure people within a home to insure their own safety. Whether they overdid it in this case will be up to the judge. It's very, very rare, however, for search warrant evidence to be suppressed.
