Search Warrant/Probable Cause

A C.I. makes a trafficking amount purchase from my brother. My brother is seen at my fathers house on this purchase date.The sheriff obtains a search warrant on my father. On what probable cause? The investigation, my father was never involved.My father was arrested in 1 county on 4-1-05 for trafficking meth. traffick stop. The search warrant on 4-29-05 found meth. he also owns firearms, hunting, so, now charged with armed trafficking.substance was in a differant room,than the firearms.how is it armed?Was out on bond from 1st arrest, arrested and set $150000 on 2nd bond. The county sherrif from 2nd arrest went to county of 1st arrest and asked to revoke bond.Can we sue for the $15,000 from 2nd arrest due to the knowledge of the 1st bond,then setting high bail and then going to other court to request bond be revoked?also, if we plea guilty,can we appeal for a jury trial if we discover evidence?

To answer your questions 1) If the purchase was at your dads house there would be pc for the search warrant. You need to look at the search warrant. 2) You cannot sue to get your bond back. 3) You can never get a jury trial after a voluntary plea.
