Selling alcohol to a minor
I work on a quik stop store, i sold alcohol beverage to an undercover police and did not ask for ID. i received a citation to go to court. it is my first time. What are the consecuences i'm facing? Thank you for all the guidence you can give me.

You are facing a misdemeanor prosecution. As a first time offender, you may qualify for a pre trial diversion program or a non conviction sentence.
