Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Selling to a Minor
My Sister worked at a Quick Mart and one evening she was cited with selling to a minor, she had asked for ID and the ID she said showed the birth year of 1980. She has never been in trouble with the law before and has plead not guilty to this charge. She had worked at this store since 2006 and never had any problems until now. Needless to say she is now unemployed. How can we find a pro bono attorney to help her?

There are probably not pro bono attorneys for that type of thing.
