Re: What would the sentence most likely be?

If you are charged as a juvenile you can be sent to a residential lockdown facility for juveniles. It depends on your record.

NOTE: This communication is not intended as and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Rather, it is intended solely as a general discussion of legal principles. You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. By reading the "Response" to your question or comment, you agree that the opinion expressed is not intended to, nor does it, create any attorney-client relationship, nor does it constitute legal advice to any person reviewing such information, nor will it be considered an attorney-client privileged communication. If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.

There are not enough facts to give an accurate answer. If this is the first offense, it is likely that the penalty might be light but if you are a repeat offender, the juvenile may be placed in a residential program for a period of time.

Re: What would the sentence most likely be?

It depends, is it a juvenile case (under 18) or is it charges as an adult (over 18).

In either situation you are looking at probation as the most likely outcome. however, a good attorney could probably get you in a diversion program, which would result in dismissal upon successful completion.
