I am 23 years old and i was charge with burglary dwelling not occupied.

Since you are passed your 21st birthday, you are not eligible for a "youthful offender" departure/sentence. A residential burglary is a level 7 offense and a second degree felony. With no prior record, you are going to be scoring approximately 21 months in prison (at the bottom of your guidelines) up to 15 years in prison (which is the maximum for that crime).
