Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was sentenced twice(double jeopardy)in 2009,i after three years i finnaly won the appeal from the fifth district court of appeals,velazquez v. state...i have the court transcripts where it shows the prosecutor,judge and even the public defender where they acknowledge the "second" illegal sentenced.do i(we)have a case ?

If you won the appeal, then yes you might have a case. Would need more information, so you should probably contact an attorney near the location where this charge happened.
