Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If before being sentenced to 12 months in one county jail can a person request a transfer to there home county and if so what is the proper term and or motion that has to be put in?

You can't request where you serve a county jail sentence. If, however, you have another charge in that other county then you would be brought there to be anyway to properly dispose of your case in that county.
